About The Author:- Subhash Kumar Baitha is a native of Motihari, Bihar. He is a research scholar at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India. He completed his graduation in History from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. He joined M.A in politics (specialization in international relations) at Jawaharlal Nehru University and completed M.Phil at Center for Inner Asian Studies, School of International Studies.
