D. worked as Professor and Dean, Doctoral Studies and Special Officer (University Projects), ACTS Academy of Higher Education. Bangalore. , He has published four books and more than 200 research papers in national and international journals. He has taught Applied Linguistics, Research Methodology. Field Research and Cultural Anthropology for 35 years at M. A., M. Th., M. Phil., and' Ph. D. levels. He has completed two major research projects for the Government of India. He is member of nine Professional Bodies in India and abroad. He is a research guide for Ph. D., M. Phil., and M. Tech. in various universities. , Rachel K. Daniel, M. A., M. Phil., is pursuing Ph. D. with Australian Post graduate Award for Research in addition to her teaching assignment at the Monash University, Victoria, Australia.
