कवितेचं आणि आपल्या अवतीभवतीचं वास्तव, प्रत्यक्षातलं जग, दिसणारं आणि आपल्या दृष्टीपलीकडचं वर्तमान यांचं काही नातं असतं की नाही? आपल्या भोवतीची हिंस्रता, द्वेष, तिरस्कार, निर्मम वागणूक कवितेत यायची असते की नाही? आपण जे जगतो, अनुभवतो, पाहतो, ऐकतो त्याच्याशी कवितेनं प्रामाणिक राहायचं असतं की नाही? प्रज्ञा दया पवार यांच्या हिल्लोळ हरवून आतबाहेरचा या संग्रहातल्या कविता वाचताना हे सारे प्रश्न पडतात. या कविता वाचताना हेही जाणवतं की, खाजगी, वैयक्तिक आणि सामाजिक, राजकीय, सांस्कृतिक या गोष्टी वेगवेगळ्या नाहीत. त्या कधीच्याच सरमिसळून गेलेल्या आहेत. या एका व्यक्तीच्या कविता नाहीत, या देशातल्या असंख्य व्यक्तींच्या कविता आहेत. Is there any relationship between poetry and the reality around us, the real world, the visible and the present beyond our vision or not? The violence, hatred, hatred, cruel behavior around us should come in the poem or not? Does poetry have to be honest with what we live, feel, see, hear or not?
