About the Book: The novel is a narrative of burning events that have afflicted humanity with pain. About the Author: "Anis Ashfaq, the author of more than twenty-four books, is a poet, critic and fiction writer. Prior to this novel, his three novels 'Dukhiyaare' (2014); 'Khavaab Sarab' (2017) and 'Pari-naaz Aur Parinde' (2018) have been published which have been seen with a positive outlook. Anis Ashfaq's fundamental niche is criticism. His five critical collections dealing with the interpretation and analysis of new and old literature: 'Urdu Ghazal Mein Alaamat-nigaari' (1995); 'Adab Ki Baaten' (1996), Bahs-o-Tanqeed' (2009); 'Ghazal Ka Naya Alaamati Nizaam' (2011) and 'Ghal;b: Duniya-e-Maani Ka Mutaala' (2022) have been published so far. His three critical books: 'Daria Ke Rang: Urdu Marsiye Ke Maanvi Jihaat', 'Adab Ki Baat' (2nd Expanded Edition) and 'Sidhi Baat Saada Mataalib' are ready for publication. Anais Ashfaq's critical articles have been published in literary journals from the time of his education, but after the publication of the book 'Urdu Ghazal Mein Alaamat-nigaari', his recognition as a critic in the literary world was strengthened.
