“जी. ए. कुलकर्णी यांच्या जन्मशताब्दी वर्षाच्या निमित्ताने प्रकाशित झालेला त्यांच्या निवडक कथांचा हा संग्रह. यापूर्वी ‘डोहकाळिमा’ या संग्रहात जीएंच्या ‘निळासांवळा’, ‘पारवा’, ‘हिरवे रावे’ आणि ‘रक्तचंदन’ या संग्रहांतल्या निवडक कथा प्रकाशित झाल्या आहेत. ‘रक्तमुद्रा’मध्ये ‘काजळमाया’, ‘पिंगळावेळ’ आणि ‘सांजशकुन’ या संग्रहांतल्या निवडक कथा एकत्रित केल्या आहेत. जीएंच्या कथांचे प्रकाशक आणि त्यांच्या साहित्याचे चाहते असलेले रसिक वाचक या नात्याने रामदास भटकळ यांनी या संग्रहाचे संपादन केले आहे. “G.
