Mishra, is currently Senior Professor and Director, Institute of Public Enterprises, Hyderabed. He is a graduate of International Management Programme, SDA Baconi, Milan, Italy. He has research stints in London Business school and Maison Des Science De L’ Hommes, Paris. He has taught at the Univesity of Bradford, United Kingdom and was visiting Professor of Maison Des Sciences De L’ Hommese, Paris. He has been a management consultant to several national and international organizations and also been a researcher for Planning Commission, Finance Commission, Prime Minister’s Economic Advisory Council, Indian Council of social Science Research, Common wealth Secretariat, International Civil Service Consortium, State Bureaus of Public Enterprises, Financial Institutions and Banks. He has several international and national publications. He is on the boards of several public and private sector enterprises. He has been on several study groups and committees set up by global organizations, Govt. of Indian, and the State Governments. He is Vice-President, International Association of Schools and Instituted in Administration (IASIA), Brussels. He is the Chairman of the working Group II: Public-Private-Partnership and Enterprise Management constituted by IASIA. He is on the Steering Committee of Network of Asia-Pacific Schools and Institutes of Public Administration and Governance (NAPSIPG) supported by the Asian Development Bank. He is Honorary Member on the Board of Research, American Biographical Institute, USA. Lakshmi Kumar is currently Assistant Professor in the area of Economics at the Institute of Public enterprises, Hyderabad. She is a resource faculty to various MBA programmes.
