Product description

A different form of rural life comes before the readers through this poetry collection 'Korde Nakshatra'. The rural reality is changing in the last few years. Rivers are drying up, wells are drying up, soil moisture is decreasing. Birds are flying far and wide in search of water. The scorching sun beats down on the fields and scorches the soil before the sown grain sprouts. The 'snake of famine' stands in front of it with its cover, the borders keep burning, the 'darkness under the darkness' of the people who live on their backs and stomachs increases. This collection eloquently expresses the helpless pain of this increasingly difficult existence. This poem by Prakash Holkar is closely related to the farmer's suffering. It expresses the 'yellowness of the bowels' of the farmer. Being born in the same soil, 'living' in the same soil, living with 'soil blisters' on his body, this poet who is obsessed with the soil, expresses the sorrows and dreams of a farmer's life through the authentic language that has emerged from agriculture. 'Bharu de yanda mrigachan abhaal, namea tuye yalkot karil karil.' lives
