About The Author:- Annpurna Nautiyal, is a Professor of Political Science, HNB Garhwal University Srinagar, Garhwal, Uttarakhand. She is also the Coordinator of the UGC-SAP – D R S p r o g r a m m e o f h e r department. She is also the Chairperson of the University Women Cell. She was a Fulbright visiting professor in the Department of Public and International Affairs, George Mason University, Fairfax Virginia in 2006. Recently, he was also the Tagore Chair Professor at the Yunnan University, China. Professor Mahapatra was a Fulbright Fellow at University of Delaware; Salzburg Seminar Fellow, Austria; Visiting Fellow at Australian Defence Studies Center, Canberra; Foreign Policy Fellow at School of Public Affairs, University of Maryland; and Commonwealth Scholar at School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.
