सी.के. बिड़ला समूह (C.K&nbs;Birla Grou) के संस्थान बिड़ला वैज्ञानिक अनुसंधान संस्थान जयपुर (Birla Institute of Scientific Research Jaiur) के कार्यकारी निदेशक(Executive Director प्रोफेसर डॉ. पूर्णेन्दु घोष (h.D FNAE) ने एच.बी.टी.आई (HBTI) कानपुर से स्नातक एवं भारतीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान दिल्ली (IIT Delhi) से इंजीनियरिंग में डॉक्टरेट (h.D) की शिक्षा हासिल की है। इससे पहले वह भारतीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान दिल्ली (IIT Delhi) में प्रोफेसर थे। प्रोफेसर घोष शिक्षा और अनुसंधान के क्षेत्र में पिछले चार दशकों से जुड़े हुए हैं। प्रोफेसर घोष की इंग्लिश हिन्दी और बंगाली में विभिन्न विषयों पर कई किताबें प्रकाशित हो चुकी हैं। प्रोफेसर घोष मूलतः कानपूर के निवासी हैं। वर्तमान में वह जयपुर में रहते हैं। प्रोफेसर घोष के 100 से अधिक शोध प्रकाशित हो चुके हैं। इंडियन नेशनल एकेडमी ऑफ इंजीनियरिंग (INAE) के फेलो प्रोफेसर घोष को INAE के प्रतिष्ठित प्रोफेसर पुरस्कार से भी सम्मानित किया गया है और वर्तमान में INAE के प्रकाशनों के मुख्य संपादक हैं।//rofessor urnendu Ghosh is the Executive Director of Birla Institute of Scientific Research Jaiur. rior to this he was rofessor at Indian Institute of Technology Delhi.
