An alumnus of Daulat Ram College, University of Delhi, Dr. Bansal started her academic career at Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi and has been active in research and education for more than seven years. She has been lecturing courses at various colleges like Hindu College, Indraprastha College for Women, and Janki Devi Memorial College at University of Delhi. Her area of research includes Organizational Behaviour and HRM at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
