He has been teaching research courses to graduate, post-graduate and research students for over three decades. Dr. Lal Das has a number of books and research papers to his credit. He has authored six books so far in the areas of personnel management and research. His first full-scale venture into social research was “Practice of Social Research: A Social Work Perspective.” The book has received widespread adoption at both the graduate and the post-graduate levels.
