He commanded a plato on,company, battalion in operational areas of Jammu & Kashmir, Assam and Punjab. Colonel Rajesh is recognized as an authority on counterterrorist operations, and carried out exten siveres earch on Disaster Management, earned his Ph.D. Degree from Ranchi University. He authored books so far (a) E-governance and Disaster Managemnt (b) Red Corridor......The adventurist Captain Rajesh got his name embossed in Guinness Book of World Records while leading the Indian Motorcycles Team Dare-Devils, during 3rd National Games, Pune on 25 Jan 1994.
