Mohamed Ali, is hailing from a town panchayat, Ilayangudi, Sivaganga district, Tamil Nadu, India, which is also the birth place of the great Saivite Saint, Maran Nayanar. He was born on 15.06.1946 to the illustrious parents—Late A. Peer Mohamed and S. Kader Bibi. He is married to Methar John Begum and blessed with 2 sons and 2 daughters, who are well settled abroad.
