About The Author:- R. Rajeevan Professor in Political Science, NSS College, Nilamel, Kerala. He did his Masters Degree in Political Science from the University of Kerala with III rank and M.A in Public Administration with 1st class. He completed his M. Phil and Ph.D. degrees from the same university. He has twenty years of teaching experience in various colleges of Kerala under the University of Calicut, and the University of Kerala. He is a life member of various associations like South India American Studies Network and Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi. He was also a resource person at State Council of Educational Research and Training, Government of Kerala. He is also member of Board of Studies, University of Kerala and judge of youth parliament competition in Kerala state, organised by Institute of Parliamentary Affairs, Government of Kerala as per the guidelines of Government of India.
