The term is used to refer to individual functioning, including physical impairment, sensory impairment, cognitive impairment, intellectual impairment mental illness, and various types of chronic disease. About The Author:- Professor Rohini Prasad is a Gold Medallist (M A , P h. He has more than 32 years of teaching experience in the field of economics and 26 years of research work experience in the field of Tribal development, Rural Development, Sustainable environmental economics and social change etc. 30 Scholars of Ph.D. and 40 scholars of M.Phil have completed their degree under his supervision. Dr. Rohini Prasad has awarded two projects by UGC and one project by Indian Council of Social Science Research New Delhi. He has published more than one hundred research papers in national & international journals and four books accordingly. He has attended & contributed his research papers in more than two hundreds conferences/symposiums/workshop/seminars. He has designed new syllabus for the graduate & post graduate classes at the tenure of social science Dean and Chairman of board of studies. He has more than thirty years of administrative experience of the different posts like Dean of student's welfare and others experience of different committee in higher education. He is the member of executive council of Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University Raipur (C.G.) Dr. Sukanta Sarkar (MA, PhD) is working as Assistant Professor in Faculty of Management Studies, ICF AI University, Agartala Tripura, India. He did bachalor and master degree in Economics from Tripura University. He was awarded doctorate degree for his research work on socio-economic changes of rubber tappers in Tripura.
