He has achieved RGNF Fellowship, from New Delhi and Pre-Doctoral Fellowship from OUCIP. He has also worked as a Degree College lecturer at City College, Hyderabad and also worked as a counselor at Ambedkar Open University for 8 years. He has written 3 books and has 4 edited books and also published 19 articles in UGC care list Journals. To his credit he has done 12 Book Reviews in UGC care list and sage publication. He has received 7 awards of them are Amazing Grace Award, Pride India Award, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Excellency Award, International Research Excellence Award, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Life Time Achievement National Award, National best Teacher Award and Vidya Bharati Award. He has presented research papers in more than 28 National & International Conferences. He has published 32 National and 26 International Level Peer Reviewed / Refereed Research Journal. He is Assistant Editor of International journal and a Member of Editorial board & Reviewer for National and International journals for nearly 38 Journals of 20 countries like USA, Turkey, Syria, UK , Pak , China and India etc. and has memberships in 5 various associations.
