Kutre

‘कुत्रे’ हे विजय तेंडुलकरांचे सुमारे पस्तीस वर्षांपूर्वी लिहिलेले नाटक. परंतु इतक्या वर्षांनंतरही ते कालबाह्य वाटत नाही. कारण तत्कालीन परिस्थितीपेक्षा तेंडुलकरांच्या नाटकांमधून मानवी वृत्ती-प्रवृत्तींना असलेले महत्त्व. ‘कुत्रे’मध्येही तथाकथित सभ्य आयुष्य जगणाऱ्या माणसांच्या भ्याड, षंढ मनोवृत्तीचे अतिशय बोचरे चित्रण तेंडुलकरांनी केले आहे. 'Kutre' is a play written by Vijay Tendulkar about thirty five years ago. But even after all these years it doesn't feel out of date. Because of the importance of human attitudes and tendencies in Tendulkar's plays than the situation at that time. Even in 'Kutre', Tendulkar has portrayed the cowardly, effeminate attitude of the people living the so-called civilized life very poorly.
