Litt. degrees from Utkal University. To his credit he authoured and co-authoured 22 books in development and management field. Four books – Dance of Corruption and Women Power (Kunal Books, New Delhi), Secrets of Leadership- Lord Krishna in Mahabharata and Right to Information (SSDN Publication, New Delhi) are published recently. Till now sixteen candidates awarded Ph D degrees under his guidance.
