… आणि तरीही मी!

सौमित्र यांची कविता नितान्त गांभीर्याने लिहिली गेलेली आणि अनुभवाच्या उत्कटतेतून निर्माण झालेली कविता आहे. हे अनुभव जाणवण्यातून त्याचे स्वतः से असे काही वेगळेपण आहे आणि ते वेगळेपण जाणून घेऊन ते कलात्मक रीतीने व्यक्त करण्याचे कौशल्यही सौमित्र याच्याजवळ आहे. कॅमेन्याने एखाद्या घटनेचे शूटिंग करावे त्या पद्धतीने अनुभव टिपणे, नाट्यप्रवेशाच्या घडणीच्या माध्यमातून एखादा काव्यानुभव उभा करणे किंवा अनुभवाकडे पोर्ट्रेट चित्रणाच्या दृष्टीने पाहणे अशा आगळ्यावेगळ्या पद्धतींनी त्यांच्या काही कविता साकारलेल्या दिसतात पण अशा काही मोजक्या कविता वगळता बाकांच्या कवितात त्यातील अनुभवानुसारच त्या त्या कवितांची अभिव्यक्ती पडलेली आहे. यातून या कवितांचे स्वतंत्रपण मनावर उसते. Soumitra's poetry is written with utmost seriousness and born out of the passion of experience. From feeling these experiences, he has something unique about himself and knowing that uniqueness, Soumitra also has the skill to express it artistically. Some of his poems seem to have been realized by different methods such as Kamenya shooting an event, creating a poetic experience through the creation of a theatrical introduction or looking at the experience in terms of a portrait, but except for a few such poems, the expression of those poems is based on the experience in Bak's poetry. This makes the independence of these poems stand out.
