The Quality & Print is superb, but I am not happy with English script. I would love to see Hindi Script (Devnagari) instead of English...

I bought a tot bag over a month ago. The tot never arrived, while Rekhta Books updated the status as delivered. When I filed a complaint, the customer care people assured that they would refund the amount within two day. But they never refunded the amount. Since then, I have raised numerous requests. The customer care is playing dead. I left a comment on the Rekhta Books Facebook page, where I found that a large number of customers had similar experiences. These guys are engaged in fraud. They take money but hardly deliver the item.
